The Bucci Group

Sinteco SpA joined the BUCCI Group, operating worldwide through leading trademarks such as IEMCA, GIULIANI, SINTECO, RIBA COMPOSITES and VIRE, in 2003.

Constant investment in research and innovation, a spirit of total collaboration with customers and careful attention devoted to quality control (all group companies are ISO 9001:2000 certified) have allowed the Group to grow and achieve important results in the various sectors where it operates.

In order to respond effectively to the challenges of an increasingly complex market, the Bucci Industries Group has set itself the objective of continuous product and process improvement. And this is precisely why the concept of continuous innovation has been introduced throughout the production chain, mobilising the organisation on all levels and engendering dynamism throughout the entire structure.

A team of more than 100 designers and technicians, accounting for 15% of the company’s work force and coordinated on a Group level, collaborates with University Research Centres and Laboratories to study and perfect innovative solutions integrating the most advanced technologies with simplicity in use.

The desire to meet the most demanding challenges and to maintain a constant leadership position is widespread throughout the organisational structure, both on an individual and team level.
