Since the outset, Sinteco’s pet project has been to meet the extremely complex challenges posed by automation, outside standards – automation that substantially innovates the productive process, significantly increasing productivity and quality.
The level of complexity of operations to automate is due to many factors, which are generally inter-linked: the level of ability to manipulate the components, speed in performance, precision, replicability, flexibility and the intrinsic complexity of the operation.
For example, increasing speed transforms a simple manipulation into an operation with a high technology content. The same can be said for placements or mechanical processing on three-dimensional sections: when it is absolutely necessary to reach the maximum limits of precision, speed and replicability, you go completely beyond standards. This is the terrain the Sinteco prefers.
